C.A.F.E Levy:

A C.A.F.E Tradeshow Levy of $20.00 per company (for non-C.A.F.E members), will be collected with your exhibit fees.

Liability Insurance:

REAL (Regina Exhibition Association requires all Exhibitor locations to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance subject to a minimum of two (2) million dollars ($2,000,000.00)

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received by the Licensor less than 30 days before the commencement of the Show. The Licensee may, by written notice cancel the Agreement at any time before the 30th day preceding the commencement of the Show, and on receipt of such written notice the Licensor shall refund to the Licensee all amounts paid under this Agreement less an administration fee equal to $250.00
