YQR Distillery
Saskatchewan’s amazing crops are the foundation to some delicious beverages.
Launching in spring 2023, REAL District is happy to welcome the YQR Distillery a fermentaiton lab and tasting tap room and liquor store!
Guests will be invite to try their favorite fermented beverage and learn all about the fermentation process at the same time. The tap room will provide unique cocktails and fantastic food choices making every day a celebration and every night a fun time out.
About YQR Distillery
Located in Regina, YQR Distillery was originally known as Sperling Silver Distillery and is the maker of Canada’s Best Vodka. The history of Saskatchewan Sperlings fine spirits can be traced back more than 85 years. Beginning in the twenties in the the Sedley hotel just east of Regina where locally made fine spirits were loaded into railcars and shipped to Chicago during the throws of prohibition.
In 2012, Sperling Silver Distillery evolved into a larger production and stronger part of the community, where customers are the primary focus of everything they do. They work alongside industry experts and superior mixologists to create some of the best beverages that feature exceptional quality and flavour.
