The Adult Hockey League at the Co-operators Centre is a great way to see friends, meet new people, and play a game everyone loves.
Whether you are a novice or a seasoned player, there’s a spot for everyone to participate and enjoy some good fun on the ice.
CCHL League Details
- All games are played at The Co-operators Centre
- Teams must provide their own jerseys with the exception of individual teams.
- Rotating schedule (no set days), game times vary
- No body checking allowed in any division
- Online stats and schedules and on-site staff for each game

2024-25 Adult Winter Season
Men’s Season Details
September 16th 2024 – April 2025
- Season Length: 28 regular season games + 2 playoff games guaranteed
- Division Parity: 18+ (B, C1, C2, D1, D2, E)
- Game Format: 5 on 5, 3 x 13 stop time periods
- Game Days: Sunday through Saturday
Registration Deadline
- September 2nd, 2024 (unless league fills before deadline)
Women’s Season Details
October 1st 2024 – April 2025
- Season Length: 22 regular season games + 2 playoff games guaranteed
- Division Parity: 18+ (Competitive & Recreational)
- Game Format: 5 on 5, 3 x 13 stop time periods
- Game Days: Sunday through Saturday

- September 22nd, 2024 (unless league fills before deadline)

Team Registration Price
Team Fee: $8550 + PST & GST
Payment Plan:
- $1000.00 non-refundable deposit due at registration
- $2000.00 due before First Game
- $3000.00 due before November 15th
- Remainder due before January 15th
Women’s League Team Fee: $5853 + PST & GST
Payment Plan:
- $1000.00 non-refundable deposit due at registration
- $1000.00 due before First Game
- $2000.00 due before November 15th
- Remainder due before January 15th
Individual Registration Price
$525.00 + GST & PST
Price includes a free team jersey.
Registration Information
Registering a team to play in the CCHL is easy!
- Go to bench.ashl.ca and select Team Rep. Your registration will be sent to the CCHL Staff for approval.
- Payment is required upon approval. Cashless payments preferred and can be made online through Player’s Bench, at the Co-operator’s Centre Information Desk with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, cash or cheque to “Regina Exhibition Association Limited”, or over the phone at 781-9292.
Note: Please note your spot is only guaranteed once you have paid your team’s deposit.
