APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

To apply for Exhibit Space at the 2025 QCX Marketplace, the Regina Exhibition Association Ltd. must receive:
– A completed and signed Exhibitor Application;
– A signed Exhibitor Agreement;
– Two (2) photographs (photo requirements below); and
– Full payment of all applicable exhibit fees.

Applications will not be processed unless all requirements are met.

Additionally, valid proof of liability insurance coverage is required no later than ten (10) business days prior to the Show commencement.

PHOTOS

Two (2) photos are required with the application; one (1) of your entire display and (1) of your product.
Due to the competitive nature of the Show, display is a key factor in the application selection process.
These photos should feature the same, or as close to, the exact display you are bringing to the QCX Marketplace. Artist renderings, drawings, or mock-ups will be rejected. Applications submitted without photos will be considered incomplete and will be rejected.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Applications will be accepted up to 30 days before the Show, subject to Exhibit Space availability.

CAFE LEVY

Members of the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions (CAFE) are exempt from the CAFE Levy charge. Non-CAFE Members are required to pay the CAFE Levy of $25 per company, to be collected with your exhibit fees. LIABILITY INSURANCE

All Exhibitors are required to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance. The Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) and the City of Regina must be included on your policy as additional insured parties and with coverage of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence. A Certificate of an insurance policy issued by the insurer shall be delivered no later than ten (10) business days prior to the Show commencement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received by Show Management less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Show.

A refund of Exhibit Fees paid, less an administration fee of $250, will be applicable to any cancellations received any time prior to 30 days before the commencement of the Show.
