Volunteer

Since 1884, volunteers have been the heart and soul of the REAL District campus and core to the organization’s success – that’s why we call this group of exceptional people our Core ‘84. 

While we have evolved tremendously over the years, welcoming over 700 events and 3.5 million guests annually, our volunteers are more important than ever. They are how we continue to provide hospitality and exceptional customer service to our valued guests. With the help of volunteers, REAL is able to deliver exceptional, life-long memories for our community.

Why volunteer?

As an important part of the REAL team, you play an integral role in creating lasting memories for visitors. We are thrilled to offer a number of fantastic incentives to our volunteers, including: 

• REAL volunteer quarterly newsletter
• Invitation to pre-show kick off events (FROST, CFS, QCX, etc.)

All volunteers at REAL are provided with appropriate guest service training prior to their first shift.
